The research explored what makes people want to return to the office and what employees expect from workplace environments today. The challenge was to turn a large amount of data into something approachable and visually compelling.
I developed a campaign system that carried the research across editorial, digital, social, and physical touchpoints, giving the project a distinct identity while keeping the insights easy to navigate.
I designed and built a fully responsive Figma Sites experience around the report, using motion and interaction to introduce the key findings and encourage visitors to explore further. Animations, large data moments, and progressive reveals helped turn the landing experience into an extension of the campaign instead of a simple download page.

The full report became the centerpiece of the campaign. I designed a highly visual editorial system that balanced statistics, commentary, photography, and bold typographic moments across the publication. The goal was to give the research enough structure to feel credible while keeping the experience lively and easy to move through.
The visual language extended into a social campaign with animated and static assets designed around individual findings. Each piece could work independently while still connecting back to the larger story.

We also created bright, custom-printed pieces for events including Design Days, giving people a physical way to discover the research and continue into the full report online. For a company focused on workplace environments, the project became a strong way to share its point of view through something useful, visual, and culturally relevant.
