We partnered with Kinship to design GoodFriend, a B2C SaaS marketplace that connects pet owners with local service providers. I led UX and UI design across both sides of the platform. Visually, I crafted a bold, friendly look and feel that echoed Kinship’s brand while prioritizing accessibility and trust.
Our team designed the entire experience—from user flows to interface design to system logic—across both web and mobile. I created reusable components and collaborated closely with devs to ensure a seamless handoff and implementation.
We designed a responsive, map-based search experience allowing pet owners to browse providers by location and availability. I collaborated on the UX and visual logic for filtering, results display, and map integration.
To make booking seamless, I designed a mobile-friendly flow that surfaced real-time availability and allowed users to select services and time slots with minimal friction.
I structured the provider-side interface to clearly surface business info, services, pricing, and reviews—giving business owners full control over their listing while maintaining a clean, user-friendly layout.
I co-designed the internal scheduling system for service providers, introducing flexible tools for managing multiple staff, pet types, and services. Features like service “lanes” and custom views helped reduce conflicts and improve clarity.
We implemented a unified login experience with single sign-on (SSO), letting users access multiple Kinship services under one account. I designed the UX flow and collaborated on the logic behind account creation and association.
Small nice details that use brand elements as a foundation.
